Learn how to make Lassi in less than 1 minute.

Lassi is a popular traditional yogurt-based drink from the Indian Subcontinent.

Lassi is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit.

Traditional lassi (a.k.a., “salted lassi”, or simply “lassi”) is a savoury drink, sometimes flavoured with ground and roasted cumin. Sweet lassi, however, contains sugar or fruits, instead of spices.

Salted mint lassi is highly favoured in Bangladesh.

 

 

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
Yoghurt 500g
Sugar 2/3/4 tblspns
Cardamom /1/4 tspn
Milk 1/2 cup

 

Method

Sweet Lassi sweet yoghurt drink

In a bowl add yoghurt, sugar, cardamom powder and milk

Mix well. Adjust sugar if you want it sweeter.

Serve with Biryani or have on its own, taste delicious
