Chicken and Cheese Bread Rolls! Delicious, Easy and Very Tasty!
Today we are making Chicken and Cheese Bread Rolls! They are so awesome, your gonna love these, with cream cheese that melts inside which makes the inside lovely and saucy! Very popular in Asian homes, great as a snack, picnics or entertaining guests! You can find all the ingredients in your local supermarket!

This recipe makes about 28 Bread Rolls

50g butter
500g chicken fillet pieces
1 medium onion chopped
1 teaspoon garlic & ginger paste
Fresh Green chillies – add to taste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Half teaspoon black pepper
80g sweetcorn
Handful of coriander
Half red pepper chopped
300g soft cream cheese
2 Loaf of bread
Some eggs for dipping



In your preheated pot melt the cheese. Add in the onions and and stir. Cover and cook till transparent and soft on medium heat. Check and stir occasionally to make sure they don’t burn.

Add in the ginger and garlic paste and green chillies. Stir and cover and cook till water has evaporated. Add in the spices,sweetcorn and peppers. Let the mixture cool before adding in the cream cheese and chopped fresh coriander.

Warm up a slice of bread in the microwave, roll with a rolling pin, cut the crust off. Add approx. 1tblsp of the filling and roll into like a cigar shape, seal the edges with the flour paste.

Flour paste is just flour and water, mix together into a smooth paste not too runny or thick. This is used as a glue to stick the edges together.

Then dip in egg and breadcrumb and deep fry till golden.

These can also be frozen before, just egg and breadcrumb them and freeze.

If you want to skip the egg and breadcrumb part and just fry, they taste just as good!
