5 potatoes, peeled, chopped and par boil
Fresh mint chopped
Corriander chopped
1 tbls chappati flour
2 eggs
1 onion chopped
2 tbls oil
4 tbls spring onions
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp corriander powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbls ginger and garlic paste
Fresh chillies, blitz in food processor
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
