Saucy Lamb Kebabs recipe, easy to make with a handful of simple ingredients, can be served and enjoyed with rice or roti.

Ingredients 👇
500g lamb mince
1 small onion chopped
1 tblsp ginger garlic paste
Chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Harissa @greenfields_spices
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp corriander powder
1 tsp mixed spices
Red chilli 🌶 chopped
Salt to taste
1 cup chopped tomatoes or more if you want it saucy
1/4 cup chilli sauce
4 tbls oil
Chopped Coriander

Method 👇
Wash and drain lamb mince.
Add all above ingredients to the mince apart from oil, chopped tomatoes and chilli sauce.
Mix together and roll into kebabs.
In a pan heat oil and cook the kebabs till water evaporates and kebabs are cookee through.
Add tomotoes and chilli sauce and simmer for around 5mins on low~med heat.
Garnish with chopped corriander and serve with rice or roti.
