Woah! 30c in Leicester today! Nothing like a good ice cream or cold drink to cool you down right? Well if you’re in Leicester, you need to pop down to Leicester’s newest dessert spot @dfcleicester! Where are you from and whats the temperature?

My personal favourite was the Strawberry Sundae which is made of Vanilla Ice cream, Biscuit Crumble, topped with Strawberry Sorbet and Sauce! 🤤 🤤

I was so honoured they asked me to test drive the brand new kitchen equipment, so I made my own Waffle Anisa style! (last pic) definitely a thumbs up from me!

Fit for a King: American Waffles with Vanilla Ice cream and Strawberry topped with fresh Belgian white chocolate.

Chocoholic Heaven: Waffle topped with caramelised Almonds and Nuts and a choice of fine ice cream.
