My friend got sacked from the Rich Tea Factory, they said she took the biscuit! Get it!? 😂 😂.. Anyhooo, here’s an easy Chunky Milk Chocolate Cookies recipe you can try with your kids in the holidays! They will love these, trust me! 😋 😋
200g plain flour
200g self raising flour
130g Dark muscavado sugar
100g light brown sugar
80g milk chocolate chunks
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Melt butter in microwave.
Add the sugars and whisk properly.
Beat the eggs into the mixture. Make sure the butter mixture is cool before adding in the eggs. Add the vanilla bean paste
Preheat oven to 190degrees.
Fold in the flours, and chop the chocolate chunks and form a soft dough.
Roll into approx heaped tblsp size balls.
Place on a baking tray, they will spread whilst baking so allow space between each dough ball.
Bake for 10-12 mins till lightly golden. The cookies will be doughy and so yummy 😋
Serve warm cookies with icecream.
Or have on their own, they are just as delicious, one is not enough 😁
