๐Ÿ’ฅKorean Style Sticky BBQ Chicken Stir Fry recipe! Itโ€™s so easy with just a few ingredients! Adjust depending how sticky or saucy you like it! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰ I added noodles to my stir fry, if you want you can serve with rice instead. All the below ingredients were easily found in my local @sainsburys

500 grams Chicken fillet cut into small pieces

1 onion chopped

2 tbs oil

1 tbs ginger/garlic paste

1 1/2 tsp chilli powder

Mix Vegetable Stir fry

Korean style sticky BBQ sauce

1 pack of noodles

1 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

Spring onion for garnish

Fry onion in oil till soft. Add in chicken pieces, ginger/ garlic, chilli powder, salt and pepper. Cook till water released from the chicken evaporates.

Throw in the vegetable stir fry mix, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat. Pour in the BBQ sauce and stir gently.

Cook noodles as per pack instructions.

Drain and add to the stir fry mix OR serve on the side. You can also serve with rice too.

Garnish with chopped spring onions
