So guys today I’m gonna show you how to make kheema and egg paratha, now these are so so delicious, something my grandma used to make. Samosa filling wrapped in a roti and shaped into a parcel, you can cook on your Tawa, but deep-fried is the best!

2 1/2 cups roti flour
1/2 cup plain flour
500 grams mince
1 tbs marg
1 tbs Oil
1 tbs ginger and garlic paste
1 tbs coriander & cumin powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Black pepper
Salt
Pinch of Garam masala
Fresh chillies
Mint
Coriander
Spring onions
1 onion chopped
Lemon juice
Eggs
