Vegetable Masala is so simple and easy to make, its very hearty, filling and delicious. You eat with Chapati (Roti) in a Panini, in a Jacket Potato or even as a side to anything else.

All you need are these ingredients which you should already have and if not, any local grocers or supermarket will supply.

1 tblspn oil
1 chopped onion
200g chopped tomato
1 & 1/2 cups frozen vegetables
1/2 tspn chilli powder
cumin powder
coriander powder
turmeric powder
salt to taste
