I made fillets, you can pop them into a bun with salad for a delicious burger, add some sauces and enjoy! 😋
I used approx 5 -6 medium size fillets , sliced in the middle.
In a bowl add 5 tbs olive oil. Add 1 heaped tsp ginger and garlic paste, 1 tbs worcester sauce, squeeze of half lemon, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbs tandoori masala, 1 tsp cumin and coriander powder, 2 tbs kashmiri chilli, 2 tbs chilli powder or less if you want mild and 5 tbs Peri sauce. Add salt if you need.
Coat your chicken and marinate in fridge overnight.
Heat up your BBQ and get Grilling! 🔥🔥🔥
